happens, I did a support slot for Complete Madness for charity a while
ago. The particualr charity was for the drummer, Curly, who has had a
stroke. As a result, the band have had to perform using a
pre-recorded drum beat (aka a 'click') - everything else is live I can
guarentee! Not only are they a live band, but as a Madness fan I, at
least, had a cracking night, the atmosphere was brilliant the songs came across
well (inlcuding lovestruck) and they also did a great version of 'Tears Of
A Clown' which, being 19, I had not heard before. But hey, we're all
entitled to our opinions.
Also, I'd be up for the Leeds
meet, but I'm off to Oz so I must just wish you all the best.
Cheerio,
Adam.
