Hi, (please note - this is being said in a rather
depressed tone).

I am one unhappy Scottish maddie, I can't make it to
the Fredmeet on the 12th because I'm going on holiday.
Typical! Can I just say to those of you who are going
that I will be there in spirit, and while I'm enjoying
myself in sunny Dover(!) I'll be thinking of Glasgow
city centre and the chaos you'll (hopefully) be
causing.

Sorry to everyone else for making obscure references
to places they won't know, but for those of you who do
know Glasgow, how about a Vote for Fred poster stuck
to the traffic cone that permanently sits on the
statue across from George Square? - if any of you
manage this you will have my utmost respect and
admiration for the rest of your life (probably not the
greatest incentive on offer). What's the chances of
another madmeet? As I'm determined I'm going to make
it to one. Have a great time on the 12th anyway.

Thanks to everyone who replied to my query about
Tracey Ullman's song 'My Guy', I was beginning to
think I had imagined the whole thing, which has not
been unknown.
Now I've got another favour to ask, you see this ICQ
thingy that everyone seems to mention, what exactly is
it? Do you need it to take part in the Madness chat
rooms? (yes I am computer ignorant). I would be
grateful if someone could explain it.

Thanks

Suzanne
