Well, will wonders never cease?
It's MY birthday this Wednesday and I'll be an amazing 21. Too bad I
can't drink though. There's a city ordinance saying I have to wait 26
hours after my birthday to legally drink. I guess the authorities think
I'll mature incredibly in those 26 hours. I love these laws in
Pennsylvania... I'll raise a glass to you and to all members on this list
come Friday.
