I last saw Utter Madness at the Venue New Cross about 3 weeks ago,  and although we're normally **issed ! by the time they come on they still sound and act great !!!.   The band always gets members of the audience to get up and join them for a few bars or two, always the pretty girls though !, and when they sing 'Uncle Sam' - the singer that impersonates Chas will jump on someone shoulders near the front and go for a quick dance round the dance floor !.
I've been seeing this tribute band now for a number of years now and although no tribute band can compare to the real thing Utter Madness come very close in my humble sober opinion.
We should not really criticize any of the Madness tribute bands as they were all doing a brilliant job during the Madness wilderness years by keeping that Nutty sound alive and recuriting more younger fans for the rejuvenation of Madness.
Well done to all the Madness tribute bands !.
