Dear Maddies ,
I am writing about the on-going debate of Madness tribute bands.
I am a friend of the founder members of Badness, who are not just
a Madness tribute but are a Two Tone trbute band. I have even been
on stage with them doing a spot of Nutty Dancing in the past.
There name derives from their musical heroes and major influences
i.e BAD Manners and MadNESS.
They are from Hull , and can be seen performing all over the country
in either Brannigans or Yates` Wine Lodges.
They are as far as I know under the management of an agency in
Sheffield called Peller Artists and can be booked for parties and
Scooter Rallies etc. by contacting their agent.
Their set normally consists of Madness , The Specials , The Beat ,
Bad Manners , The Bodysnatchers and The Pyrhanas hits.
These guys really work hard and are usually gigging six nights a
week.
I have recently been informed via my local Scooter Dealer that
Badness and other groups are going to be playing at a Scooter
Weekender in New Brighton on the Wirral on Sunday 18/06/00 ,
( Fathers Day ) So why not come along and see them for yourself.

all be going Mad-not-Mad.
