Just got off the CDNow wb page after listening to some excerpts off the
'Tibute To Madness' compilation... what a load of crap! Who ARE these bands
to try their hand (and fail miserably!) at our lads' efforts? Even Selecter
were crap (I never really liked Pauline Black's vocals except for '3 Minute
Hero' anyway) and 'Michael Caine' and especially 'Bed and Breakfast Man'
were both horrendous! Just two questions... why is 'In the City' billed as
'The One'? And since when has Bedders (known, along with Woody, for his LACK
of contribution) helped pen, among others, 'Our House', 'My Girl' and 'Night
Boat to Cairo'? Crap details, crap bands... methinks I will get me something
