The velvetghost.co.uk was not set up with a view to making money. It was
set-up with the view to being an unofficial website to Chas. Although this
was misguided, no bad intentions were meant. It could not have been sold
quite simply because nobody involved with NuttySounds actually 'owns' it -
it was on free lease from a hosting agency.
Also, it has to be remembered that there are 4 co-moderators of NuttySounds.
This issue has now been sorted out quite amicably, and www.nuttysounds.co.uk
will still be online from July 24th as planned - and ONLY as a tribute to
all things Madness. No 'official' news about anything Madness-connected will
be placed on the site UNTIL or UNLESS we get permission from the official
sources. All things from such sources will be credited in the proper way.
