Well, hi there Lawrence!
Nutty Sounds volumes 1-4 is a series of CDs containing all the extended 12"
versions of Madness' singles, and other songs recorded from different
places. I'm not sure if the CDs are still in production, but I'm sure the
person responsible for them will post the answer to the list in due course.
There are many videos of all the old appearances of Madness, but these
unfortunately come at a price (as do the above CDs). Your best bet would be
to find a job quick, because there's plenty of stuff you could spend well
earned dosh on!!
As to Rise And Fall being your favourite, well, you'll find plenty on the
list who agree with you, and equally as many who don't!!
