Hi All,
I've been meaning to mention this since last week. I saw last week's Top
Ten, which of 1990, and the postions on the chart was based on number of 10
ten singles and weeks in the chart for the year. So if they follow this
format then Madness should be number 1!!! as they were the singles band of
1980. Which I believe was based on the same things. But remember as Carl
once said, in 1980 infact, "Don't Quote Me On That" cause I might be wrong!
