Just in case anyone is interested in further details...
The picture disc in question is the UK release, cat no: PSeez53

P = picture disc ... Seez= Stiff album ... 53 is the cat no. for Keep
Moving

....nothing other than a pic disc version of the album with a slightly
different track listing....  fairly rare.... but not a limited edition,
nor US release.
