Although £38 is a lot of money for a release like this, I would  have
been  tempted to pay it - but NOT to a bootlegger, only if it was
providing correct royalties, and was officially sanctioned.

I thought someone wrote at the beginning of the week that the guys
releasing this Lost CD had the rights to it, which shows just how
careful you have to be. 

I had seen a few (legitimate) items on that nijinski website I was
interested in, but I think I'll look elsewhere.

I'm hoping that something good will come of this, and that Mr Smash's
plans for the website come to fruition. The only stumbling block may
turn out to be Virgin, but I hope that's just me feeling pessimistic!
