Hi all,

I was just flipping through a few old records, and I found a recording entitled 'Power To the People' which was done for ITV's 'Telethon '90'.  It is a medley of songs around the idea of childhood, or education in fact, and the second song on this medley is a performance of the first verse of Baggy Trousers, sung by the 'Stage One Theatre Group'.  It's not very good, as you can probably tell by the fact that the only musicians credited are a keyboardist and guitarist.  Don't know if anyone's heard this, just thought I'd let you know.
By the way, Baggy Trousers immediately follows Stage One's version of 'Another Brick In The Wall' which I seem to remember Mr. Suggs saying he wrote the lyrics from the opposite viewpoint ("...it was no different for the teachers than it was for the kids...").  Interesting eh?

Well that's it,

A-bomb.
