Hi all, last week while watching 'I Love 1980' on BBC2 I heard a particular track being played....it's bugged me ever since and I can't for the life of me either recall the artist or title...obviously it was being played in 1980, but the only clue was the chorus which repeated the phrase 'World of Water'....very electro pop and sounded a bit like The Buggles (!), I checked my Guinness book of hit singles and found nothing listed with the title 'World of Water'.....perhaps it wasn't actually a hit. Anyway if anyone out there can shed any light then you'll put me out of my misery, so please have a think. for those of you with the programme still on tape or with a good enough memory it was played in the background during the bit about swimming...featuring pyjamas and rubber bricks......I promise that will make sense to those who saw it, for others it will stir hidden childhood memories and for someone out there it might remind them of fashion accessories or evenings out at the local S&M club!!!! Thanks in advance for anyone with grey matter that'll stretch that far back!
