There is a demo version of "Gabriel's Horn" on the 1992 House of Fun 
CD-single.  There are no detailed credits, so it's not clear what 
proportion of the Madness membership were involved in recording this 
version.  The production credit is "Madness & Mark Saunders", which might 
help more knowledgable folks than I target when and by whom it might have 
been recorded.
