They seem to have been very fond of brackets on the "Rise & Fall"
album, with 4 titles using them. I wonder whether this was an
intentional "in joke" or something.

Strictly speaking, the brackets on the "Tomorrow's Just Another Day"
pic disc edition weren't used on either track.

The original CD issue omits the brackets from "Tomorrow's..." and "Mr
Speaker (Get's The Word)" on the back cover and the disc itself.
