just a little note to say hello and be happy....if you are about to crash
into the wall look away at where you need to go to avoid the wall and you
might not hit the wall...look at the wall and you will definitely hit it!!!!!!

If you look into the mirror for too long you will drive yourself insane...you
must look away..at the beauty in the world as there you will find happiness
and with it sanity...
