Now then peoples As I`m currently stuck indoors indefinitely I decided to have a proper read of the new issue of Radio Times (weekly tv guide for the benefit of non UK members). First bits of news is that A Question Of Pop is back on Saturday (BBC1 6.30pm) however just inside the back cover is a page on a certain character called Suggs!!!!! It`s a half page photo with half a page of text. Amongst the text is a couple of interesting snippets........ "At the moment we`re planning to write some new material for a musical that will be based on our songs" (Yeah I know this is old news here on the list but it gets more interesting I promise!!!!!) "and we may do our London summer gig, Madstock, at Finsbury Park. It`s our version of Woodstock but without the hair" (No hair! That certainly suits me and a few other list members hahaha) Later in the article it goes on to say "I`m working on a Radio 2 documentry series about ska music. I`m also acting, I play a policeman in a new film, Capital Punishment and a writer of jingles who fantasises about having a band in a new radio 4 comedy series, I Think I`ve Got A Problem, I`m becoming a thespian luvvie" So looks like old Suggsy has a few things on the go and gives us lot something to watch/listen out for ;0) That`s it, I`m off to hide for another 6 months now so expect me to reappear on here in the Autumn ;0))) Mike (Where the hell have you been?????)
