Hi Paul, good reply. I am a Paul Simon fan also, but the important part of my point was the "and all that came with that..." bit i.e. public perceptions and of course Louchie Lou & Michie One. I cannot knock Sugg's contribution to the song - he made it the hit it was.
Anyway thanks for the interest, shows I'm not just rattling on to myself. On a brighter note "Wonderful" must be considered a relative success considering, how many albums can you find these days in the top twenty thesedays with no radio/tv publicity? Infact the last time Madness had this they stormed to the top with Divine Madness (original). By the way does anyone know why Drip Fed Fred was not included? Was it a record co. wrangle?
