Taken from Daily Express 13th June (I think):

"Suggs, the lead singer of Madness, has been
disconsolate about the setback affecting the career of
Nutty Boy, the greyhound bought by the Eighties
pranksters during a bleary-eyed moment at a charity
auction. 'We've had some bad news.' sighs Suggs, 40.
'Nutty Boy was injured in training recently. He cut
his paw and was off the track for a few weeks, but he
will be back to full fitness in the near future.'

Concerned about Nutty Boy's health, I call Mick Puzey
, who tarins the skinny mutt at Walthamstow dog track.
'He ran third last Wednesday in a race at Romford,'
Mick informs me. 'He got a bit dehydrated, but he's
fine.'

Earlier this year Nutty Boy, aged two, chalked up
three victories in his first three starts before being
promoted to races out of his league and 'losing his
way a bit' as his trainer explains. ' The trip to
Romford was to freshen him up, and he will be back in
the traps at Walthamstow either tomorrrow night or
Saturday.'

Should Suggs belt out a few verses of Our House, I'm
sure a suitably startled Nutty Boy will accelerate
past the electric hare to victory."

Apologies for the rather naff final paragraph (mind
you it was The Express!) and thanks to my 97 year old
Gran for finding the article!
