actually it was rather special - amazingly amongsth the masses i bumped into
an old school friend purely by chance and an old university chum - who just
happen to be current editor of Q mag

so as well as the music - i had a very social day - which seeing as i was
there on my own ..

did anyone else enjoy the supports - aprt from Ian - that goes without
saying ..

i loved Flowered Up/Gallon Drunk/Morrisey - i liked the fact that it felt
like a festival - ie range of bands not all same style .. appealed to me

but i have to say when the Boys came on i have never felt hairs on the back
of my spine as much as that moment .. getting shivers now just remembering
..

i think i actually wept with emotion - very strange experience

something like that will never happen again for me i suspect ..

thanks for reminding me of the date !
