Hi Chris and everybody,

Well, I guess the e-mail was asking for suggestions or opinions for next year's bash, so here's my twopenn'orth.

I would go for the May date at Great Yarmouth. A perfect anniversary in a good location. Maybe we could remake the House Of Fun video, or go on the Ghost Train... photo opportunities abound!

Anyway, that's my selection. The date isn't too important, because as discussed this time around, May could be problematic for people with exams.

Laters.

Subject: [total-madness] Next Years Bash 2002

Right then.

Next Year , there are 3 good dates to hold the mad weekend.
Feb - Because it will be 10 years since the launch of Divine Madness
and the re-issue of It Must Be Love ( eventualy going top 10 of course ).
May - Because it will be 20 years since House of Fun & Complete
Madness were both at No 1 in the singles / albums chart at the same time.
August - 10 years since Madstock

Several ideas for the location.
One or two interesting ones.
Dublin for starters or an international location.  This of course would
increase the cost quite a bit.  Great Yarmouth ties in with House of Fun
nicely or any other suggestions.........................?
Camden Town is another obvious choice but it would be expensive.
