Hiya again Madsters,

........It was time for more MADNESS......Mike "Suggs" Watts quickly got us going again with "Baggy Trousers" & "Shut Up" back to back.
Then came a nice touch by the frontman....he had mentioned the madmeet a few times & had been encouraging people to donate to Cancer Bacup.......but this time he took a tenner out of his pocket & put it in the donation box....top bloke !!!
Next came the fans' fave - Bed & Breakfast Man.....not my fave, but they done it proud & it brought Swanny to his knees - wot was that all about mate ???. "Wings of a Dove"  followed, then "It Must be Love" (had to change battery here so I only caught the intro ;o( ).
Then it was time for "Night Boat to Cairo"....which was kindly videoed by Buster Beefburger himself from the DJ box..... & you can really see what a good time we were having ......then it was right into "One Step Beyond" & the nutty dancing continued.........It was now nearing the end & as Mike Watts declared that time had caught up  & that it was almost time to go, he also reminded the crowd, again, that it was all about Cancer Bacup & to please dig deep...& they certainly did !!
Before he went though he played one last madness song & what a song to finish with "M A D N E S S" YYEEESSSS!!!!
In his parting words he thanked us for "having the Badness tonight" - well Mike the pleasure was all ours !!! He then coined a phrase & stated that "it ain't over till the fatman sings". So to shouts of "who ate all the pies", Buster returned for the grand finale declaring the pies were "bloody gorgeous". He then asked if we were ready to party one more time....so it was arms round necks & feet in the air for the "CAN CAN" !!!!!

Then it was time to go .....so we all headed back to the hotel for more drink & nutty dancing ;o)))

What a show, what a band, what a crowd, what a night....27 songs in all !!!

well that's it folks - hope ye like it !!

cheers.............Rob W

....but don't they understand.....i'm from a broken home !!!
