Hello - I've only been a list member for a week, and so I thought I'd say
hello.
I was a 'Tiswas Maddie' (born in '75) and so the first gig I got to see was
the fantastic Madstock(I) in 1992, (which meant I was also lucky enough to
see Ian Dury too).
I live in London and I'm going to the Crunch gig tomorrow in the Dublin
Castle. I wondered if anyone else was going, and if so, if they were also
going to see the fabulous Mr Smash on the 16th?
You see I am what us Scots types call a 'Jimmy Nae Pals' (ie Billy No Mates)
when it comes to getting my friends to go see Madness/Crunch! etc play,
mainly coz my friends have no musical taste!!
I have conned my brother & a friend into coming to the DC tomorrow, but I
don't have anyone to go to see Chas Smash with as yet..
Anyway I was hoping that if anyone was going to both then I could maybe meet
up with some of you fellow Maddies there, which would mean I wouldn't have
to go & see Chas on my own! Clever eh?
Can anyone help?
Also, if Adele is on this list - thanks hugely for your email re: Mr S!! You
are a star!
