Hi Rob & Everyone Else, I can appreiciate your comments however the only people who need be concerned with the group are those people who have either ripped off other fans (of any band and not just Madness) or have a guilty concience. After all if you play fair in trades you wont appear on the list ;0)
Out of the 3 names already posted there only one that I have no personal experience with however his activities are so well known within the Madness community that a number of people put him forward for listing and getting proof (if required) is a relatively easy matter;0) Out of the other 2 names I can easily provide proof in black and white to show my accustations are 100% truthful and accurate. In both cases I have their original emails - dated - giving full details of the proposed trades as well as follow up mails as appropriate. The Bad Trader Alert group is in no way an attempt to "have a go" at anyone simply because I insist on proof before anyone is listed. The aim of the group is simply to allow other fans to trade with similar minded people and originally this "offshoot" was to be part of the Madness Trading Ring but never got off the ground, hence I`ve taken it on myself now. Due to my group being so independant it means that no potential troubles at all can be conferred onto the TMML, MIS or MTR simply because I have no connections with any of those groups other than as a member.As founder of the Bad Trader Alert the onus is squarely on my shoulders,however the only potential problems I expect are from the rogue traders shouting about how the BTA should be closed because bviously that will mean they aren`t exposed!
