I'm actually in the middle of (ok, the beginning) that Dury Biog book mentioned, got it a fair while back. It's a bit heavy going for me - very factual, and i don't really think any of the author's style comes through when he tries so rigidly to stick to the facts. However, each to their own, and with 25p to a good cause it can only cause good in buying it :)
