30,000 capacity outdoor cancelled because the permit was granted too late and therefore too late to get the tickets sorted out and on sale. The Midlands was due to see Madness , The Specials , UB40 and The Pretenders play at the festival but its now been put back to next year ( if at all ! ). Never mind.
