Hi Maddies, Nice to see the list so lively last week! Finally something to talk about and to look forward to. We definitely plan to come over with some guys from Holland to the Christmas-tour (probably in London).
here's a question for all those anoraks on the list: Yesterday I bought another copy of "One Step Beyond" on a flee-marked and it differs from the one I already got: Instead of "P 1979 Stiff Records" the sleeve says: "SEEZ17. made in Great Britain by Robor" and instead of a white label on the LP it has a red one. What's the story behind those different releases? I also bought a maxi-LP of Michael Caine with on side one : Michael Caine 4'13 and on side two Michael Caine 3'36 / If You think there's something. Is there a story behind this maxi-LP as well? Is it a collectors item? I paid only 5 euro's for "One Step Beyond" and only 3 euro's for the maxi. Both are in good condition. Not bad for a quick visit to the local flee-marked!
