Encina It is a common fear that after the collapse of U.S. investment banking, mortgage industry and private real estate of 2008, in 2009, there will follow the collapse of the retail sector, commercial real estate and the credit card industry. The challenging question is: Must we rejoice because of the eventual step by step collapse of the system or succumb to personal depression out of wreckage?
