He has been repeatedly threatened with arrest and with re-incarceration should he continue to talk about the sexual abuse of children at the hands of Catholic clergy in Australia. He simply refuses to participate in the covering up of the sexual abuse of children no matter who it is by, no matter which authority or which individual demands his silence on this issue. He simply says that he is in total disagreement with his Government and with his Health and Community services and with Policing and regulatory bodies and with each and every Christian religion in his country in regards their response to the global clergy abuse crisis of the sexual and other abuses to children and adults across the planet at the hands of Catholic and other clergy. He along with others refused to participate further in the harmful healing process of the Catholic church and found that was a major step forward in the healing process of all. Whilst he estimates the losses incurred due to his resistance to the Catholic church is in excess of $5 million dollars he refuses to accept the $75,000 currently being offered and has countered with a claim for $170 million dollars for himself and his family. He refuses to sign any confidentiality agreement with the Catholic church. He has repeatedly requested meetings and asked to establish a line of communication with Cardinal Pell and with the Pope, the Prime Minister, the Governor General, Attorneys General, Premiers, Ministers, Police Commissioner and his assistants only to be ignored by all. He submits the following as an introduction to more than 15 Gigabytes of electronic data and thousands of pages of print material which is growing on a daily basis and can provide contact details of thousands of individuals who have been directly affected by clergy abuse and can obtain the testimony of millions of individual Australians who have been adversely affected as a result of the long term and continuing covering up of the sexual abuse of children by Catholic clergy and he believes it is a shame and he abhors those stalwart and upstanding politicians, police men and women, leaders of our communities and our business men and women and our judiciary who had not heeded the thousands of requests for them to act appropriately on this vital social issue.
