This is the free market, isn't it? The background to the petition of which I've excerpted the following states: But the election of President Obama in 2008 pushed FOX News into outright hate-mongering and incitement of violence, which is intolerable in a democracy. Here are some examples: I agree with you that the examples given are worthy of scrutiny by citizens, many of whom are but casual observers as they go about their post-9/11 Bush-advised consumer patriotism to make the bank bailout method of reforming the American economy under President Obama a success (please recall that both Sen McCain and Sen. Obama both signed the bank bailout bill while President Bush was still in office). Many Americans are opposed to this bank bail out path to reform on constitutional grounds and believe that its political expression is not currently represented in the 2-party governance that has dominated U.S. politics since WWII. That is why I'm working at the local level to get Celia Scheer (Rep. Ron Paul's Campaign for Liberty) elected to the District 4 Duluth city council seat and at the state level through Rep. Roger Reinert, Rep. Margaret Kelliher and Sen. John Marty to eliminate corporate personhood through the removal of the word corporation from the definition of "person" in Minnesota Statute 13.02. The existence of this morally wrong settled law in Minnesota degrades the personhood of wage workers and the poor and deserves our action to end corporate rule for real peace. Make no mistake about where this bank bailout path of unsustainable economic stimulation is leading us.
