The Health Freedom Movement won a major victory today Dateline: Wednesday, December 2nd, 2009 I attended a three hour session of the Canadian Senate Committee reviewing Bill C-6 today in Ottawa on all of your behalf. The Liberal Senators did an outstanding job of challenging Health Canada's extraordinary bid in their version of Bill C-6 for further expanded discretionary powers to harass and destroy Canadians Freedom of Choice in consumer products. The Liberal Senator Joseph Day, a lawyer, quarterbacked the 16 some freedom amendments to Bill C-6 and with the help of the other Liberal Senators won most of the amendments. Details to follow as soon as the transcripts are available. Stephen Harper's rigidly controlled Conservative Senators almost voted as "WHIPPED" 100% of the time against all of the common sense amendments. There were at least 5 department of Injustice lawyers spearheading the attack on our individual and unalienable rights, freedoms and liberties, as well as Paul Glover, Assistant Deputy Minister of Health and another 5 or 6 Health Canada bureaucrats including senior Minister of Health representatives. It was one of the most satisfying situations in my life - to see truth and justice slay the deceit and injustice schemes of the Health Canada senior bureaucracy. The credit goes to all of you, you made this happen by calling, faxing, visiting, mailing and e-mailing the Senators and MPS. It is very important now that all of us opposing C-6 understand what is wrong with the entire Federal Legislative and Regulatory processing system and now join together to use the C-6 experience to hold all Senators and MPs accountable, as well as the Clerk of the Privy Council and Deputy Ministers of Justice and Health. It is We, the People of Canada that invest our hard-earned tax dollars to support all MPs, Senators and their staff. We need the Democratic Freedom Tools to ensure that "THEY" respect and follow our clearly stated PEOPLES' MANDATE instructions. Please call, fax, visit and e-mail every one of the Senators immediately and request that they stop Bill C-6.
