Today, the current U.S. federal marshals take an oath, but it is not to the Constitution! The planners in the *Pugwash (world government) Movement have discussed the need for using international marshals to be employed as underpinnings of the world court. A Pugwash planner has said."The international marshals could be drawn from all nations. It would be the duty of the marshals to try to execute the death sentences imposed by the Court." The subject under discussion which caused this remark was "the enforcement of a disarmament treaty on individuals". Those who refuse to disarm could be arrested and tried in a world court. When are Americans going to realize that the most precious thing they own is being stolen right out from under them, while they are being entertained by time-wasters on television each and every night? There are two consolations for Americans : (1) is that NONE of these "transformations" and "changes" (including the General and Complete Disarmament Law - P.L. 87-297 - signed by JFK, the Homeland Security 'Agency', regionalism, etc.) repeat NONE are legitimate enactments, and (2) any unconstitutional executive order or law, signed by a pretending president, is null and void by virtue of the Sixteenth Jurisprudence. The treasonous revamping we are being forced to undergo are based upon unconstitutional and seditious motives, which should never have been allowed to stand, even though as such, these enactments have been (wrongfully) given the force of law by the powers ruling from behind the throne. How much damage does it take for any sensible congressman or congresswoman to realize that a deliberate plan to overthrow the government of United States has already massively corrupted and ensnared our system and our country, ever since the Trojan Horse (the United Nations) was allowed to be established inside our gates? I'll get straight to the point. An event of major importance occurred on Dec. 17, 2009, and the Media overlooked it. As an Alabamian, and American citizen, I feel it is very important that I bring this to your attention, and find out where you and your department stands on the issue. On Dec. 17, 2009, President Barak Obama signed Executive Order #12425, amending the original Executive Order #12425. The original was signed by Ronald Reagan in 1983. Its purpose was to limit the Diplomatic privileges within the United States granted to INTERPOL (International Criminal Police Organization) under the "International Organizations Immunity Act". It did not grant INTERPOL the privileges included in Sec. 2(c), part of Sec 2(d), part of Sec 3, and Secs 4, 5, and 6. Sec 2(c) grants Diplomatic-style immunity to International Organizations' agents and records from search, arrest, or confiscation. Sec 2(d) and Sec 3,4, 5, and 6 concerns duties and taxes. Specifically, Sec 2(c) was included in the exemption clause by Ronald Reagan so the United States government could maintain oversight concerning INTERPOLs operations within the U.S. Now the exemption clause has been removed! INTERPOL now has vast jurisdiction within the U.S. with no oversight. The immunity clause now applies to INTERPOL within the U.S.! The sole purpose of Obama's new E.O. is to remove the exemption clause which restricted INTERPOL within the U.S. That is all it says! It simply says that "this E.O. removes the portion of the original E.O. from the word "except" to the end of the E.O." The portion removed is the exact clauses which banned INTERPOL from having immunity in the U.S.! The obvious question is "Why would our President do this?" With this action, INTERPOL now enjoys all diplomatic privileges other approved International Organizations enjoy in the U.S. However, INTERPOL is an International Criminal Police Organization. They now have unchecked jurisdiction within the U.S. to make arrests, institute legal proceedings, and extradite suspects from the U.S. to foreign countries. If INTERPOL deems it necessary to extradite an American citizen out of the U.S., the American citizen now has no legal standing. By law, the INTERPOL agent can not be detained, or anything in his possession. That would include me and you! Here's how it works. As a signing member of the United Nations Charter, the United States agreed to become compliant with International Law. That basically sums it up. This includes ALL International laws, from WTO trade laws and farming standards, to WHO medical regulations and procedures, to World Bank and International Monetary Fund policies, to national disarmament. (Google: State Dept Doc# 7277 called "Freedom from War" concerning disarmament). The evidence shows that our Congress is changing our laws to become compliant with World Trade Organization ruling. According to the WTO, our policies which protect American companies from foreign dumping practices is a violation of World Trade Organization policy. And our Government has agreed to become compliant with nearly every WTO ruling. Remember when Pres. Bush placed tariffs on Chinese and other foreign steel to protect the American steel industry? Well, the WTO said that was a violation of International Trade Policy, so Pres. Bush REMOVED the tariffs which were actually helping our steel industry. This is just one example of our government becoming compliant, and showing obedience to the authority of an international body. I would like to know your thoughts on this topic. This is a very serious matter. At this point, I can only pray that there are enough of you Sheriffs left out there who's loyalty is still to the American people, and not to the Globalization process. Personally, I am an American, and I believe that we can police ourselves just fine. I've spoken to many people concerning this Exec Order. The people have had enough. And we hope that you have also. We do not want International police, or troops, on our soil. PERIOD!! And we hope you feel the same. As the sheriff of your respective county it is YOU who holds the key to the right to bear arms. One of your own, former Arizona sheriff Richard Mack will be addressing this important issue on Monday Jan. 18th, 7:00 p.m. at the Kirkpatrick Agriculture Pavilion in Autauga, Alabama. On YouTube a video entitled "Treasures once lost-How to save America" shows Sheriff Mack explaining how you, our Sheriffs, are the last line of defense against a runaway Federal Power Structure. It is his position that County Sheriffs are the most important law enforcement personnel in this country. To sum it up, our nation is in enough trouble without a foreign police force patrolling our streets. We need to know where you guys stand on this. We need to stand together as Alabamians, and Americans. Kindly I say to you, "You are either with us on this one, or we will have to assume that you have already sold out to the Globalization process and you support INTERPOL"! This is something the American people need to know. We await your response. I pray you will find E.O. #12425 unacceptable, and will actively work to have it repealed. We trust in you, our local Alabamian, and American, to stand with us as we protect ourselves!. Our enemies not only come from other countries. They reside right here among us.
