Bug description:
  Binary package hint: unity

  In the most recent Unity build some windows buttons appear in the
  panel and some don't. Here is a summary of apps that I have open now:

   * Firefox - buttons in panel and window
   * Evolution - buttons in panel and window
   * Empathy - buttons not in panel (app name displayed instead) but buttons in 
the window
   * File Manager - buttons not in panel (app name displayed instead) but 
buttons in the window
   * Ubuntu Software Center - buttons in panel and window
   * Rhythmbox - buttons in panel and window
   * GEdit - buttons in panel and window
   * Terminal - buttons not in panel (app name displayed instead) but buttons 
in the window
   * Gwibber - buttons in panel and window
