Description: Ubuntu Raring Ringtail (development branch)

Problem:
When using a multi-monitor setup the user has currently no way to set the
default monitor. Games are e.g. mostly launched on a single monitor – the main
monitor. Right now the user has no UI-way in the default install to adjust the
main monitor, and therefore the monitor in which the game will be launched.
Proposed solution:
Add the possibility to set the main monitor in the system settings by setting
a check box and labeling the main monitor good visible in the monitor setting
preview.
