Title:
Window resize closes window on lower monitor when vertically stacked
  monitors

Status in Unity:
  Fix Released
Status in “unity” package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
unity 3.8.16-0ubuntu on Ubuntu 11.04. Intel graphics driver in Lenovo X201s
laptop. External monitor, tried several types with DVI or VGA connection.
  # uname -a
  Linux xx.uninett.no 2.6.38-13-generic #53-Ubuntu SMP Mon Nov 28 19:33:45 UTC
2011 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux

How to reproduce: Place external screen above laptop, and arrange
monitors accordingly in 'Monitors'. Attempt to drag a corner of a
window on the lower monitor in order to resize the window.

What should have happened: The window should have been resized.

What does happen: The window and its application are forced to quit.
Emacs windows behave differently, Emacs does not quit but the window
  is permanently greyed out.
