Bug description:
To reproduce:
* On a desktop with one unmaximized window, push it over the launcher bar (it
hides as expected),
* Minimize the window.
=> the launcher bar doesn't show up as it should with intellihide.
If there is another (unmaximized) window present, I can get to show
the launcher by clicking on its window border (even though it already
has the focus).
