Public bug reported:

Often when moving between my primary and secondary screen, the mouse
cursor gets corrupted. It often changes into a block with one or two
lines, and when moving back and forth between the screens it turns back
into a normal cursor again. However often it will also change into a
cursor where it is sliced and the slices are in the wrong order. This
does not resolve until I do a full reboot. Just restarting xorg is not
enough.
