Bug description:
When pressing Alt+F2, Unity does not open the command lens/scope, it
opens the home scope instead. To fix opening the command lens for a
session, I noticed the dash needs to be opened and then the keyboard
shortcut used. From that moment on, all works correctly it seems.
Test Case:
1. Start a fresh session
2. Press Alt+F2
-> Notice that the command lens is not opened correctly.
