Bug description:
The restart button is showing in ubuntu 14.04.
after using the pc for awhile it dissapers like it should, but comes back
when the pc is restarted.
the restart button was removed in ubuntu 13.04 (i think ... ?)
system:
fresh install
fully updated to this date
