Title:
[dialler] No vibration during a call

Bug description:
It happend to me a few times, that I was on the phone, explaining
something and suddenly my phone started buzzing right next to my ear.
The reason was an incoming message. It would be nice to have a more
discreet information about an incoming message when you are on a call.
My Nokia phone just did a little beep, which was not distracting but
  noticeable.

  ----------- UX comment ---------------

I understand that the buzzing is not ideal. The desired solution is:
If a message comes in while user is on a call, the vibration is disabled. a
beeping tone in the phone speaker should signal user about the message, even if
the phone is taking place via headphones.
