Thanks but bluez-cups include only a cups backend, of what use is it
without cups? If we don't want cups we probably don't want bluez-cups
installed either...

Bug description:
Currently the bluez-cups package depends on cups but that should be
more a recommendation as we don't want the user to require installing
cups.
