Not a strict duplicate but the essence of wanting a quick off toggle for
data is the same.

Title:
Quick toggle for mobile data instead of for hotspot

Status in indicator-network package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
Below the SIM cards, there's a toggle for hotspot. I rarely use this
feature, but to enable or disable mobile data (I enable mobile data
only when I actually use it to save battery and costs) I have to tap
"Mobile settings" and do it from the System Settings app.

I would suggest replacing it, adding a second quick toggle or making a
setting for which option to show (though this might be a bit weird).
