After seeing

launched 14.04.1 and I still have trouble creating a virtualenv.
meow@te:~# pyvenv-3.4 v
Error: Command '['/meow/v/bin/python3.4', '-Im', 'ensurepip', '--upgrade',
'--default-pip']' returned non-zero exit status 1
I found this because someone on #python IRC brought this up. I've done
all the update and upgrade and reboot and no luck.
