I suppose it might beep (configurable sound?) once at 10%, then at 5% and after that every 10 minutes, by default. With an option for beeping every 20, 10, 5 and 2 minutes after the 5% mark.
All this when the screen is off, of course. A visual cue should be enough if the screen is on. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Touch seeded packages, which is subscribed to indicator-power in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1513375 Title: low battery indicator should beep Status in Ubuntu UX: New Status in indicator-power package in Ubuntu: Confirmed Bug description: when the low battery dialog is raised, no sound is played in association with the alert this was raised ages ago in this bug 1296431, but got lost To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu-ux/+bug/1513375/+subscriptions -- Mailing list: https://launchpad.net/~touch-packages Post to : touch-packages@lists.launchpad.net Unsubscribe : https://launchpad.net/~touch-packages More help : https://help.launchpad.net/ListHelp
