This is in the Custom tarball.

Tested by installing 169 krillin rc-proposed, Tested that images opened.
Install Url-dispatcher which was the other suspect and still the image
opened.

Installed a fresh 170 (the image with just the custom-tarball) and the
image no longer opens from the photo's scope.

  Steps:
  1. take photos by camera
  2. go to photo scope
  3. tap on photo to preview page
  4. tap on "open" button

  Actual:
  Tapping on open button does nothing

  Expected:
  Should be able to launch gallery app and display the photo
