This is in the Custom tarball. Tested by installing 169 krillin rc-proposed, Tested that images opened. Install Url-dispatcher which was the other suspect and still the image opened.
Installed a fresh 170 (the image with just the custom-tarball) and the image no longer opens from the photo's scope.
