Bug description:
Steps:
* Launch system-setting
* Go in account and add a Google account
* Launch Adress-book
* Add a new contact
* There is a select composent to choose between Local(Personnal) or
Google(with your gmail alias)
* The contact is added
* You want to change (from GUI, no CLI) the storage of the contact
* Edit the contact
* Can't find the same Select composent to be able to migrate the contact
from a source to another
