  Next photo will replace previous photo after take a photo with Camera

Bug description:
  Boot to desktop.

  Open the Pictures folder then launched Camera to take a photo,after
  photo has been created, then take photo again.

  Found sometimes the new photo can be created successfully but
  sometimes will replace previous photo.

  Steps to Reproduce:
  1. Boot to desktop
  2. Open the Pictures folder then launched Camera to take a photo
  3. after photo has been created, then take photo again.
  4. Found sometimes the new photo can be created successfully but sometimes 
will replace previous photo.
