Hello Jean-Baptiste, or anyone else affected, Accepted lxc into wily-proposed. The package will build now and be available at https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/lxc/1.1.5-0ubuntu0.15.10.3 in a few hours, and then in the -proposed repository.
