After a short moment the left mouse button starts working again. I'm using a Bluetooth mouse that connects to a dongle in a usb port. I was looking at the mouse events in three different test. As it turns out the mouse events stop showing up in all of these cases. xinput --test %id% sudo cat /dev/input/mouse0 watch -d -n 0.1 cat /proc/interrupts It's hard to spot when the interrupts stop showing up. You'll need to align and overlap the terminals closely and keep clicking until it occurs. If more people can reproduce this test. Then I figure it could be a kernal bug.
