FWIW specific atomics for each platform are no longer necessary with
modern compilers, so you can drop the s390x one altogether if it's
broken. Like done for MIPS: <http://anonscm.debian.org/cgit/pkg-
kde/qt/qtbase.git/tree/debian/patches/mips_no_atomic.diff>.
